We will not leave you alone. Since in-manas can only be successful if used correctly, we offer all our customers a coaching program - right from the start. The coaching program aims to introduce you to the management assistance system as well as to change and optimize your strategy work over the long term.

The coaching program is divided into 3 phases:

  • Together with your project manager, you will go through all the potential of the in-manas software with detailed explanations and illustrations 
  • With the assistance of your project manager, you will select a project, develop a workflow logic and choose your team 
  • You will be launching the analysis of the selected pilot project with the appropriate in-manas tool 
  • The results will be presented and discussed in the analysis workshop, together we draw the first strategic conclusions

  • Based on the analysis results, the project team will receive support in the development of strategic options independently and collaboratively from the solution approaches identified with in-manas software 
  • In the workshop, we look at possible solutions, evaluated and chosen with the in-manas tool, and then come to the concretising stage 
  • Defining how to proceed

  • Concretising the selected solution approaches (collaborative) with the in-manas software 
  • Defining the core projects for the respective possible solutions 
  • Deciding on how to proceed in terms of implementation and controlling

How long does it take to get setup?

As soon as you contact us regarding a standard solution (Basic Advanced, Professional), we will set up your my in-manas. Shortyl after you will get access to the software. Once completed the coaching program with the in-manas experts you are good to go.

My in-manas is a cloud-based software. All customer data is stored in an ISO / IEC 27001-certified data center in Frankfurt am Main and is thus subject to 100 % European (data protection) law. For detailed information on processing and storing customer information, see our  privacy policy.
